[Recommended approximately every 6 months-depending on usage]
NOTE: 1. When the wheel assembly is installed--spin the wheel to make sure it will roll freely. Sometimes the flanges that hold the wheel are squeezed against the wheel and constrict the movement. Make sure the flanges are perpendicular to the frame assembly so as not to pinch the wheels against the bushings. 2. A common problem that affects the smooth movement of the loading car, is the alignment of the transfer carriage rails. The rails should be (from the inside dimension) 13” +/- 1/16”. The rails inside the sterilizer should also be the same dimension. The rail guides in the front of the chamber may move from the rails of the transfer carriages hitting against them. This can cause your loading car or transfer carriage to misalign. (If your staff cannot correct these problems, call SRS for more information.) Thank you for purchasing the
